TRS-80 model 1, on a breadboard:

  • Z80, 10mhz,
  • 32K Flash RAM to store 12K Level II Basic
  • 32K Static RAM
  • ATMega32 to control I/O’s, Video, Keyboard, RS-232, …
  • MicroVGA for VGA interface and ps2 keyboard input.
